THE BOX OFFICE is open 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday,
10am - 2.30pm on Saturdays and from 6pm until curtain up on performance nights.

We accept most credit/debit cards and do not charge a booking fee. On line booking is not available.


WHEN PROCESSING your booking, our box office staff may ask for your address and telephone number. This information may be used to keep you informed about forthcoming events and special offers. If you do not wish your details to be used in this way, please inform the box office at the time. We will not pass your information on to any other organisation.

RESERVATIONS without payment will be held for five days while you send a cheque, made payable to The Playhouse Theatre. If the performance is less than five days away, payment must be made at the time of booking.

REFUNDS will only be given in the event that a performance is cancelled. We will, if possible, exchange tickets for another performance of the same production.

GROUP DISCOUNTS AND CONCESSIONS may be available at certain performances - please contact the box office for information.

THREE WHEELCHAIRS may be accommodated in the main auditorium and one free seat is available to the assistant of a disabled person who is unable to attend events unaccompanied.

A HEARING LOOP SYSTEM is available for those with hearing difficulties. Please enquire at the box office when booking, or speak to the front of house volunteers.

THE BAR is open 45 minutes before performances and during intervals. It is advisable to order your interval drinks before the performance to avoid a queue.

LATECOMERS may not be permitted until the interval or other suitable break in the production.

LOST PROPERTY will be held at the box office for three weeks, after which time it will be disposed of.
